Youth in Transition
The North Carolina Collaborative for Youth in Transition (NCCYT) is a network of representatives from public and private agencies that promote successful transitions to adulthood for youth in our communities. Our aim is to inform
and influence the systems affecting transitioning youth by advocating for improved services and outcomes.
Our goals are to:
· Share and disseminate information
· Promote collaboration
· Advocate for improved services and improved outcomes in all areas of life for transitioning youth
