The purpose of the Evaluation Workgroup is to assist child serving agencies in creating a "System of Care" evaluation tool. The workgroup encourages the use of strength-based performance management tools and information systems to measure results.

The goals of the workgroup are:

• To provide guidance to all child serving agencies in North Carolina on how to measure results.
• To create an evaluation framework that is supportive to all child serving agencies.
• To support the creation of evaluation tools and instruments that are effective in measuring the success of the System of Care initiative.
